    I have seen a lot of posts detailing data not appearing in salesforce. Our data has appeared to stop populating only two fields, website and industry, two fields that have to be added in wordpress, but apparently exist and are not custom fields in salesforce.

    These two fields will not populate while all other data appears. The data for the email sent, as chosen, contains the website and the industry chosen.

    They apparently worked as of october but do not now work on our dev site (where I have been doing the work) nor on the live site with either our earlier working created contact form, and the new membership form. Some data fields between both forms have been duplicated and both go the leads database.

    There has been modified code through php and javascript to allow for a drowpdown, if that is an issue, I can show that.
