Hello.
Its possible create a new template email “customer completed order” for a specific product.

Like prodcut 1 has one type of template.
Product 2 has a different type of template of “customer completed order”.

Hey, this isn’t something our plugin can do, I know that with a plugin like https://automatewoo.com/ you could turn off the default emails and create your own based on an array of different actions.

Searching for another solution, i found this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-custom-emails-per-product/

I can use this together with your plugin.
So for principal product i use your email template.

For the others products, that i need a different text i use this custom email plugin.
