I want to know if there is an option to show submit ticket and show ticket based on specific department?
NanoSupport’s ‘Submit Ticket’ is a common form for all the departments, and if you enable “Is Departments Visible?” feature introduced from v0.3.0
then user can designate their ticket to any department while submitting ticket.
You can sort tickets specific to a department in admin panel by simply clicking on any Support Department:

No I mean, I want a complete ticket support form that only show one department. So this department only use for this specific page.
For example:
This Page Title – Free Website
From here on this conversation will only be about free website. No other department will be visible on that page only.
Is that possible?

We’re afraid, no such feature is available. 🙁
And it seems too niche to be implemented in future too – we don’t have such plan now. 🙁
