# Specialized Comments or Testimonials plugin

 * I have a church site that I’m converting from static to WP. One feature they 
   have on their old site (that was written with PHP/MySQL) is a place where people
   can submit via a form “testimonies” (good things that have happened to them.
 * Once these are submitted a person gets an email to delete/approve/edit the post.
 * I need a plugin like this for WordPress. My first thought is something with comments
   but just on this one page I need all comments to be approved before posting, 
   and approved by a specific user. I would also like that specific user to be notified
   whenever a new comment is made…on this page only (that user does not need to 
   be notified when people comment on other pages or posts). All other pages would
   follow the standards I have set forth on the site in the dashboard.
 * Any thoughts on a plugin like this?
