    How do I make the special menu to always be visible (display all menu items) and not just when I hover on it?
    I marked sticky in the customization options.

    Hello holdportals ,

    Go to Appearance => Customize => Featured Section Options => Special Menu Feature Left

    and check Display Special Menu on Feature Left

    one other thing, can you please paste an example for a child theme functions.php file for the Online Shop theme?

    You can follow this instruction or use plugin like Child Theme Generator to create child theme.

    already done that,
    however styling is messed up and RTL doesnt work.
    any special configurations I should know about?

    Hello holdportals ,

    We recommend you to consult with developer for child theme creation and other custom code. There may be various reason for that.
    We have just one suggestion wp_enqueue_scripts priority make higher( in number like 9999 ), one child theme.
