# Special encoding not displayed correctly

 * I created a Chinese version for my site, you can see it [here](http://demo.webdesignstudiotoronto.com/cliniccn/).
 * You can see Chinese is displayed normally other than the very top section which
   was for “Lastest News” that is supposed to show some welcome message and address/
   phone number.
 * You can see Chinese characters are messy there
 * How can I fix it? Thank you very much.
 * Note: I posted the same question to the theme forum but didn’t receive any response
   there, I hope posting here could get more attention and get a fix earlier, thank
   you very much.
