Special Characters not importing

    Hiya

    I have a problem with special characters not importing. my list is a UTF-8, I made all my slugs to not have special characters. But I loose some of my custom posts when I try import as they have special characters like É Í etc.

    Could you please guide me as to what I am doing wrong?

    I would love to know how would I be able to created a date and time like this:1466211600
