Special characters in images

Hi,

I migrated my WordPress blog to another host. Before it worked fine. However since I migrated, images with accents of the URL is not displayed when they are present in the FTP!

eg: http://www.domaine.tld/wp-upload/étrange.jpg

I guess this is a problem encoding, how to solve it, knowing that I have over 5000 images.
