Special Addon

Hello

I am working on a project and my client is requesting an option that will allow logged-in users to see the special price and they could order online or place an order with the special price..! However for the general public need a different price still they cannot purchase the items or they would not have the buying online option they could only see the price…! is there any plugin that would do this job please – Appreciate your help
