    Hello. Help me please –

I have product with variation “Standart License”
In single product on front all ok, but when I buy product, in My account – downloads I see – “Basket of grapes TEST<span> – </span>Standart License” – https://i.imgur.com/ZbEzIry.jpg and in checkout – https://i.imgur.com/IsN5psU.jpeg How fix it…?

PS I don’t make any customizations… I checked attributes – span tag not exist

  • Hi @martydev,

    Sorry for the delay.

It looks like the HTML tag is added to the product title. Would you mind sharing with us your site URL?

Or if the HTML tag can only be seen for the logged-in user, you might consider reaching out to us through our Support Portal. There you can safely share your site login. Please also mention this topic when you create a ticket, so you don’t need to re-explain your query.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 🙂

P.S. We recommend reaching out to us through our Support Portal for faster and quicker help and resolution as mentioned here.
