I’m using the Spam and SpamFirewall on several of my sites. Recently I started getting a lot of false positive blocks (403 error) for Hetrix uptime monitor. I tracked down the problem to the SpamFirewall, where I can see it blocked by Anti-crawler. I whitelisted the Hetrix ip’s in the Personal List under SpamFirewall but it is still getting 403 errors.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I forgot to mention I’m also using wp fastest cache and the preload bot is also getting 403 errors. The ip is the same as the host, and I also whitelisted that ip.

    Hello,

It seems that you added not all needed IPs. Please check your SpamFireWall here:

    and add found IPs

Actually, I added all the correct IP’s needed. However, there must have been some glitch somewhere in the plugin because I deactivated/deleted it and reinstalled and it seems to be working fine now.

I will report back if I see a problem again.

    Thank you.
