    My IP Address is 143.59.71.97.

I am getting a message when I visit my website that says, SpamFireWall is activated for your IP 5.188.210.18!?

That is not my IP, but I keep getting blocked from my own website.

    Why!?

I am using the plugin on 15 websites right now. Do I need to end using CleanTalk because of this? I do not want my clients seeing these errors.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

I received the same screen when tried to open your website. It seems that this page was cached. Could you try to clear your website cache?

Don’t worry, real users are able to pass this screen.

I’ll try that now and re-post the update here.

That solved it. Thank you, I would not have thought of that. Do you have a suggestion of how I can avoid that in the future?

We don’t have a solution right now. Could you tell us do you use some caching plugins?

    Yes. I am using WP-Optimize 3.1.2

    Hello,

Looks like that WP-Optimize is ignoring cache preventing headers.
We’re still working under the issue.

    We’ll contact you.
