spamblacklist.txt come up as infected from iPower hosting

I have rescanned your account and still found the following infected files:
/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-simple-firewall/resources/spamblacklist.txt

File does not look infected, Is this a file we need or can it be deleted?
