Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and I’m sorry the comment spam tools didn’t meet your expectations. I want to make this right.
A quick clarification on how these features work, so we can get you to a better setup. The Comment Spam and Comment Spam IP Monitoring tools in AIOS are designed to block automated spambots and throttle IPs that fire off comments at machine speed. They are not a full content-filtering layer on their own, so if spam is coming from varied IPs or is being submitted in a more human-like pattern, some will still slip through. For heavy comment spam, these tools work best combined with a dedicated content filter and a few hardening steps, and I’m happy to walk you through that.
To be transparent, we haven’t had other complaints or support tickets reporting that spam prevention stopped working, so I’d genuinely like to dig into what’s happening on your site. There may be a configuration issue or a genuine bug, and either way I want to look into it and improve the product if something is off.
Could you open a thread on our support forum so we can investigate properly? It would help to know your WordPress version, which specific options you enabled, and a rough idea of the spam volume and where it’s landing (comments awaiting moderation, published, etc.).
