# Spam Posts

 * I have two spam posts on my site with casino type links in some Asian language,
   that I only find out about when I get notices of comments, which are further 
   spam.
 * When I click to Edit Post it takes me to the general Posts dashboard page.
 * I can delete the new spam comments on the post but not the post itself.
 * Has anyone else had this and found a way to get rid of them?

 * So something is indeed wrong with your project – it has probably been hacked.
 * My recommendation: first read this article:

 * After that I would recommend checking whether you still have a clean backup. 
   If necessary, ask the support of your hoster. If so, delete all files and the
   database and restore the backup. Then change all access data in the hosting (
   also FTP, hosting login ..).
 * So if you still have a clean backup of your website, use that.
