Spam in source code div tag in body section

Hello,
I just found out that many pages on my website (bonjourLA.com)are infected by lots of spam. The message starts with “Online personal time is causing you least payday loan advances payday…” including links to sites.
It appears on the first div tag that follows the body tag, and right before the header tag.
