    I still don’t know if this plugin is to blame (looking into it right now), but out of several, similar sites at the same host, only this one allows “hackers” to modify pretty much any file. Therefore, I suspect that the issue is with one of the plugins (not necessarily this one) at this particular site.

    Usually, .htaccess is changed and a bunch of junk files are added which leads to those search results you are getting. Just a few days ago, index.php got replaced by trash.

    Your post here makes me suspect this more.. I’ll disable it and if nothing breaks during the next 2-3 months, I’ll use the site without it.

    This is not an issue with All in One SEO Pack, it’s an issue with malware running somewhere that is injecting spam results into Google SERPs. You should start by scanning your site and your server for malware and also check Google Webmaster Tools to see if they detect any malware on your site.
