 * For what it’s worth, didn’t upgrade to the latest WP and have found my site filled
   with presciption pill type links (1 per page) all directed towards basicpills.

 * Ah, [basicpills](http://wordpress.org/search/basicpills.com?forums=1). There’s
   a few threads about that one. Probably an old hack that only manifests now. Perhaps
   it’s related to the widespread shared server hacks of a couple of weeks ago about
   which there are countless threads on these forums.
