Spam firewall blocking preview in social networks

Hello,
It seems that when our community manager tries to push some content on social media there is a sfw pass redirection (https://www.sbt-human.com/path/name/?sfw=pass********** (“*” are numbers here) instead of https://www.sbt-human.com/path/name/) that prevents the content preview to be displayed. Something to do with the spam fire wall ? She uses a tool named Plezi, Do I need to disable the spam fire wall option in order for this to work or is there another way ?
