# Spam Comments

 * Hi all, I’ve been getting A LOT of spam junk comments on my blog, is there a 
   simple way to block them all? I don’t recall seeing some sort of a blocking program
   on my home dashboard. Any help? Thanks!

 * WordPress comes with the Akismet spam protection plugin by default. You should
   activate it.

 * You may also want to add additional protection such as the Bad Behaviour anti-
   spam plugin which works well alongside Akismet. [http://www.bad-behavior.ioerror.us/download/](http://www.bad-behavior.ioerror.us/download/)
