For me, there has been a noticeable increase in the past few months of the amount of spam emails I have received via the contact page which uses WP Forms Lite. I fully accept that you cannot support third party plugins. I just need one that will prevent spam from the form as I use Akismet for spam protection on comments and that works fine. * Do you have any experience to say that one or the other of the plugins you mention work best with WP Forms Lite? As I say, it is just for the forms I need it.
