    Once you have Akismet, you can mark this one as spam yourself and it will be one step closer to going into the communal spam pool (if it isn’t there already).

    I am also being spammed with comment posts from IP:94.102.49.66. I received 108 posted comments in a 48 hour period. I must approve all comments and WordPress was set to send me an email to approve the post. This spammer is wasting my time. I installed Akismet and blocked this IP. Now all post are caught as spam. Its still a pain in the rear to receive these spam postings. I do not know what else to do.
    Do not feel alone on this one hamlinonnonprofits.

    Any suggestions are welcomed.

    Have you thought of trying this plugin. It works really well.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I installed wp-spamfree plugin. I have blocked IP: 94.102.49.66 . I have not received anymore spam from this IP. Great choice.
