Spacious Pro – a good fit for a non-techie

I have been very pleased with Spacious and with Spacious Pro. I felt it gave an open and clean appearance to my site which is directed at an older audience. It is easy to navigate for the user too. I appreciated some of the additional options for the premium plan that allowed me to do more to personalize my website. Mostly, though, I want to applaud the customer support I received. I had a number of questions from first installing the theme to various issues related to color of font, widgets and more. In each instance, I received timely and carefully crafted responses to my questions to support. The follow-up was excellent and the support person stayed in contact with me as I figured out what to do via screen shots and specific suggestions. As a 70 year-old who did not grow up with computers, my confidence and skill level are limited and so the assistance and the generous spirit in which it was given made a huge difference to me. Definitely consider this theme if you want a clean look that works well for a less-tech-savvy audience but that I’m sure can do way more exciting things if you want that look. And consider Themegrill for their excellent customer service too!
