 * I am trying to help an art club to setup a web site. They have a large number
   of artists, that send us pictures of their work. Most of the artists know little
   about the computer, so it is hard to get them to send pictures that are the same
   size, also the pictures may not be 8×11 but 4×16!
    We would like to show these
   picture and are using Photo Album. The problem is as the picture changes. the
   text below it jumps up and down. Is there anyway to set a line of text to be 
   6″ or 18″ from the top of the page?
