Space between widgets not respected..

    My own custom developed theme does NOT conflict with Elementor.
    Yet when i set the “Space Between Widgets” to 30 (Bootstrap default) it still only adds 20 pixels space between the widgets. It even says “default is 20” in the editor when i go to the “Style” section to change the padding..

    @moderator – CALM DOWN ffs. My question was NOT PRO related, i just mentioned that i am a PRO user that cannot find anywhere to ask for PRO support. Jesus christ! Some people shouldn’t be a moderator.

    You’re using a commercial theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    @sterndata thank you for your reply.

    I’m not using a commercial theme.
    Nor is the topic about a commercial product.

    Elementor is a free product that has a “Pro addon” version (that extends the free one).
    My issue has nothing to do with the pro version, but is a bug in the basic Elementor plugin.

    I was already told that Pro support should be done through the authors website, and didn’t post a Pro question since.

    When is it pro and when is it free?
    Hard to define when the Pro version is an extension plugin that requires the free plugin to be installed.
    That being said, the issue im encountering is a function in the free version.

    So.. am i qualified? Or did i simply loose my “right” to post in this forum when i purchased a license?

    They phrase it as an addon, but it’s not. It’s an entirely separate plugin that we don’t support here.

    Sure you can be a customer and post on the forums, but you can’t ask for help with commercial products or services.
