Space between header and body on pages drives me crazy.

I removed on the specific page the site title and replace it with cover so that I have image background with title, but there is a gap between the cover and header that I dont know where to adjust it. The front page already removed the gap but on the pages, the space still exist. Please help me!

How to justify wording on paragraph? I want to justify my paragraph but there is only align centre left and right only.

For the paragraph block there isn’t an option to justify text at the moment, however, this is being worked on here:
