I am not an efficient coder, I have been teaching myself through time so when looking at my code keep that in mind. My problem is that I built out my CSS layout in HTML then I brought it over and attempted to stick it into WordPress but did not achieve the same results. I believe that I may have a <div> either out of place or missing somewhere and it is messing the site up. I have been staring at it for a couple days now and I am unable to solve it by myself so I am hoping someone in this community would take a look and tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance and the link is here: http://tinyurl.com/23szcan

You could start by validating your markup and CSS.

You didn't add li for your lists in the footer h3 ul tag Network.
There is only ul opening and closing.
    The div tags are OK
I found this using the validation as mentioned.

Thanks for the responses everyone, I have temporarily fixed it by putting a -10px margin on the top to the body but I know that isn't the correct way but I just can't find the problem.
