Following up. Has anyone had this issue. I have googled just about everything possible and we can’t find a solution.

There wouldn’t be any sort of syncing with Cloner, so if changing the site name after Cloner does its job changes the site name elsewhere, there’s most likely another plugin or custom code involved. We’ve also seen extreme caching cause issues with settings so I would check your web host to see if object caching is enabled or if you are using extreme caching on the site? Also, is this happening when you create a site manually as well?

I found a drop-in plugin that I did not install.

Plugin Name: Object Cache Pro (Drop-in)

I deleted the object-cache.php from the wp-content folder and everything works fine now. 🙂
