soundcloud on wp whiteout opaque cookie policy blocking

ok i have done a quick search but cannot find anything relating to this issue.
only started recently, the player in a post or widget now after choosing track goes all opaque white with cookie policy link at bottom. a right click reload frame brings is back to normal but then as soon as you click any track it happens again. It never did it in the past number of weeks only within the last few days.

is it cookie policy control from soundcloud?what do i have to do to sort it?

i have searched soundcloud forum, it has lots on cookie policy but not this blocking thing.

any help appreciated
