sound when you do not see the popup

    Dear support
    have a popup with a youtube video on the home page, I close it and if I go back to the site just does not trigger the popup but the sound of the video is there.
    I set repeat interval for a user to 12 hours.

    How I can disable the sound when you do not see the popup?
