# Sort/load-order admin submenu items ?

 * Is there a way to sort or order the loading sequence for submenu items to a custom
   top-level admin menu ?
 * I’m running into an issue where a later-loaded submenu page is bouncing into 
   the first position and invalidating the top-level menu item. Subsequent submenu
   items are working correctly. But one submenu insists on wedging up the works.
 * Is there any built-in way to predetermine the load order/final position of the
   submenu items?

 * I’ve discovered that using the mu-plugins folder, and a proxy file apprpriately
   named (alphabetical execution order), it is possible to load the submenu elements
   as must use plugins and in the order I want.
