Sorting Search Results

    Hi,
    Have a question about the order of the results in the ajax box
    For example if I search a word: “oil” the results shown are: (assume searching only in title)

    Motor oil
    Oil filter

    Why was that? Is there any other parameters in the search query, like post_date or something?

    Hi,

    Plugin sort search results by relevance. Relevance depends on where search word is located ( title, description, etc. ). In your example word is in title so for plugin this both products has the same relevance.
