    Hi,

After updating Woocommerce to the latest version 3.6.4 and now 3.6.5 the possibility to sort the products by price has stopped working. Apart from Standardsorting, no other sorting works.
Also when trying to add a order manually in the shop admin area, no products can be searched. Normally i type 3 letters and products show. Now nothing?

Is there something that restricts Woocommerce versions higher than 3.6 from sorting?

    Regards
    Gerhard

    Hi there,

That does sound odd indeed! I’ve just run some tests on my local testing installation but couldn’t replicate the same thing – sorting and product finding in admin work just fine.

With that said, have you tried regenerating the lookup tables (introduced in WC 3.6) that directly affect sorting and product finding? You can do that under WooCommerce > System Status > Tools > Product lookup tables.

    Hi,

Tried regenerating the lookup tables. No result.

Also tried to change the theme to Storefront and deactivate all the plugins. Still not working to sort products on price?

    Soo strange.

Any ideas on what to do?

Reading all other topics on this forum it feels like the Database somehow does not update so that the product data is searchable with the latest version of Woo.

    Hi @champagneseeker!

Go to your “WooCommerce > Status > Tools” page and “Regenerate” the product lookup tables. Please let us know if that resolves the issue.

    Cheers!
