    Hello Julie,

    Thank you for your answer. What send it’s a little tricky because it looks like everything fine, but if you change the order type to something else and than change back to “Sort by name: Z to A”. You will see the different, you will get this page, what is the good ordering:

    and not this, what is just looks like “OK”

    Thanks for coming back to me on this. I see what you mean, you have a lot of items in that category and it seems as though reverse alphabetical order doesn’t apply to all of them as one group.

    Would you please be able to send over your system status so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status and clicking on Get system report.

    If you don’t feel comfortable sharing that here, that’s fine. If that’s the case, would you please open up a support request with us directly, and include your system status?
