Sorting in relevanssi does not work properly

    Do you know how relevanssi sorts results? In my website where I have used relevanssi premium I see latest files do not appear in top in search result.

    Sorting is neither completely ascending nor descending based on date of upload or version in the webpage.
    It sorts files (i.e. our records shown in web pages) in a way that we don’t understand.

    Yes I do: Relevanssi sorts results by relevance, ie. best matches first. This can be adjusted from the Relevanssi searching settings, by changing the weights for the different parts of the post.
