# Sorting – columns

 * Is it possible to sort the columns alphabetically vertically?
 * Currently they sort across the columns (horizontally).

 * Hi. Sorry not to have replied sooner, but personal commitments have kept me away
   for a while.
 * The plugin does not sort the columns vertically … since the columns are responsive
   there will be a different number of columns at different screen sizes.
 * It may be possible to write some CSS (possibly combined with some JavaScript)
   that will show the child pages vertically …
