Not saying that’s the problem but trying to get as much info as possible. Somewhere where you can test? I’m not sure if having menus helps but something is off as to why it’s not sorting by price. * I also found this thread that Hannah went over with someone else. Variables all have a parent. * I advise to create a staging site always for testing and updating before changing anything on live site. That way you know what’s what before you do anything to live. * Once you create live site assign ID numbers to your products. You may want to also post a system check so we can review and see if we see any issues / conflicts on your site. * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. So it is nearly right now. * Picking low high to low. the first one is £3.4K and the next is £3.9K and then from then it is pretty much correct.
