I am having the same issue after updating to WordPress 4.4.
Looks like URL and embed shortcodes still work, but the YouTube embed shortcode is not working. (Source)

Thanks for the report. That’s indeed a conflict between WordPress 4.4 and Jetpack.
We’re working on a fix, and will include it in the next release. You can follow our progress here:

If you can’t wait for the update, you have 2 work-arounds:
- You can try applying this patch on your version of Jetpack.
- You can edit the posts where you found the issue, and update your YouTube shortcodes from
[youtube=http://something] to [youtube url=http.....] instead. The videos will work again once you use the newer shortcode format.
