# SortBy Date DESC

 * Is there a way to sort by date DESC? It’s currently ASC showing the oldest first
   and newest last. I’d like for it to be newest first and oldest last.

 * Hi, it is fixed in 2.0.9.
 * When the post_type is hierarchical, it sorts on title (ASC).
    When it is not,
   it sorts on date (DESC).
