 * Are you referring to the product filter by categories?
 * Because sorting is something that you do to see the products in a certain order
   and I can see you have already had those options on the page.
 * Also, you are using the product categories widget which in a way working a category
   filter. If you want a more sophisticated solution, you can have a look at [WooCommerce’s Product search extension](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-product-search).
   This has a [live category filter](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/widgets/product-filter-categories/)
   as well.

 * Hi and thanks for reply. No, I would only modify the list of products category,
   the order is: Antipasti, Primi, Secondi……etc

 * Ok, I got your point.
 * We have to do this in two steps.
 * First, navigate to wp-admin > Appearance > Widgets section and edit the Product
   category widgets that you have added and select the “Order By” option to “Category
   order” – [https://prnt.sc/wj2v6a](https://prnt.sc/wj2v6a)
 * Next, navigate to wp-admin > Products > Categories menu and change the order 
   of the categories the way you want to show them. You can drag and drop them using
   the [button at the right side](https://prnt.sc/wj2uv2).
 * That’s all you need to show the categories in your desired order for the product
   categories widget.
