Sort products by SKU in backend admin

Hi,

Is it possibly to sort products in the backend by SKU? My client has custom SKU’s set up from M01 – M44 and on her stock/inventory sheet that she frequently updates, the order is M01 through to M44.

It would be great to be able to sort the products by ascending SKU’s IN THE BACKEND, (not the frontend for customers, the backend for our website management) so we can edit our stock numbers/inventory in the same corresponding order as our stock sheet.

It would just make out work flow a lot quicker and easier as we need to update stocks often as she is doing markets outside of website sales so she sends me updated stock sheets often.

A plugin would be preferred as I am not a code Guru. But I do have one at hand that can help, however I’d rather not bother them as they have done plenty for me already.
