# Sort order wrong

   our sort order spontaneously reversed, so our oldest events are shown first. 
   Please advise, thanks,

 * What do you have set for “Default event archive ordering” under Events > Settings
   > Pages > Event List/Archives?
 * Does changing that setting change the event list output?

 * Sort by startdate, starttime, ascending. Scope: all events. Setting this to descending,
   and scope to future events, does not save. So I change the settings, save and
   then the settings are still the same.

 * If the setting isn’t saving, it could be a possible conflict caused by your theme
   or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated
   and while running the default WordPress theme?

 * This issue has spontaneously solved itself. I hate it when that happens. Thanks
   anyway.
