Sort order of variations suddenly out of order

    Good day,

    The sort order of the variations of the products in Stock Central suddenly all jumbled up. The sort order is correct when you check the variations of the actual products in Woocommerce.

    The stock is updated daily in ATUM and my client noticed this issue late yesterday afternoon. All was in order previous to this.

    Hi Salva,

    Thank you for the quick response. Yes, in Stock Central, the variations are all jumbled up.

    For example; product style no. 100416 – the variation order in the actual product is Ivory 30 C, Ivory 30 D, Ivory 30E, Ivory 32 A, Ivory 32 B etc.

    But when you go to the product in Stock Central, the variations listed go Salmon 32 D, Pearly Pink 38 B, Dark Blue 36 B etc. The ordering was and should be the same as the ordering in the actual product. Looks like this has affected a few products.

    Well, from Stock Central you can choose if you want to display the products from higher to lower quantity or vice versa.

    But in any case, if you note there is a problem with this, please open a private ticket and we will investigate it.

    Great, thank you.

    In my case, the sizes need to be in the same colour and size order in ATUM as it is arranged in Woocommerce. Do you need any access to the site to check?

    The issue is already solved and it will be fixed in the next release. So for now we don’t need any access 🙂
