Sort members Directory by First name, then Last name?

    Hi,

    I need to find how to sort the members list in the directory page by member’s First name and then Last name, but I can’t find the solution.

    In the member form sorting option there are 3 possibilites related to names:
    – First name
    – Last name
    – Last & First name

    But there is no option for “First & Last name”!

    If I select “First name” the users Mickey Rourke, Mickey Mouse and Mickey Spillane are not sorted in the right order.

    So any idea?
    There must be a solution to such basic need.
