Sort list view

  • Hi.

I have started using participants database and it is great!

I know want to tinker with it and make it clearer for my site visitors to view in a certain order.

i run an rc car series and use this for drivers to book in for an event and then they can view the drivers list.

We have 2 classes, buggies and truggies and I want to be able to show the drivers list in order of class so Buggies at the top and then truggies, even better would be to have a separate list for buggies and truggies?

I already use the approved code [pdb_list filter=’approved=yes’] and still need this as well as a orderby function.

Can anyone help please? the url is http://www.nitroxcross.co.uk

  • Could you have 2 separate tables on 1 page:

    [pdb_list filter="class=buggies"]

    [pdb_list filter="class=truggies"]

However, not sure ‘class’ would be allowed!

Ok thanks that works but I have had to remove the first filter [pdb_list filter=’approved=yes’] how do I add this into both the truggy and buggy lists so that I can still monitor and approve the entries?

Thank you so much for your help!

I think you use an ampersand…

    [pdb_list filter="class=buggies&approved=yes"]

    Spot on thank you!

Fantastic! Glad I could help 🙂
