Sort category result alphabetically

Hi, I’ve been searching for hours and haven’t found an answer. I simply wish to view the results of the archives alphabetically, rather than by date. Can this be done?

You’ll see the current idea at http://www.webdsign.co.uk/1up/ If you click on the “Apartments” they are listed in dated order newest first, I really want them to be listed by name.

Any help would be great…
