I’m not sure exactly how long this has been going on (we don’t sell many gift vouchers), but it came to light today that when a customer tries to add a gift voucher to the basket, it returns a blank page with the message:

Sorry, your nonce did not verify.

Is this a known issue? Is there a way to resolve it?

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Thanks for your reply.

Simply clearing the cache seems to have done the trick.

Hopefully, that is a permanent fix, as obviously permanently disabling the cache plugin isn’t an option.

If the problem does start happening frequently, is there a particular setting in the cache plugin that could be adjusted rather than deactivating it altogether?

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Hello,

    Thank you for the report,

We will fix this issue in our next upcoming updates.

    Thanks & Regards,

This error has been persistent over several versions, we are running a website on wpengine, so turning of the cache is not an option here, it’s everywhere – when can we expect this error to be fixed?

We want to upgrade to the Pro version, my for my client that is a No No as long as the plugin doesn’t work properly, and failing several times :/

Please advice when an update that fixes the problem might be available 🙂

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,

Yes, you’re its not easy to clear the cache ki every time.
We are working on this issue and we will fix it in our latest version.

Till then you can deactivate the cache of the plugin.

    Best Regards,

Hi again @makewebbetter , I’ve discovered what causes the problem for my case, and it’s not the cache, WP Engine tried turning that off for the page, and the whole site and that didn’t help at all.

The problem was a plugin called “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” by RightPress – Turning that plugin off makes the gift card page show again.
    Their website is here: https://support.rightpress.net/hc/en-us/categories/200133263

Now the big question as always is where the problem lies, is it their plugin doing something wrong, yours, or a combination of both.
Please let me know if you need a copy of the plugin to test this out for yourself and see what happens when it’s active.

    Best regards,
    André

    Hello,

Thanks for pointing out the issue,

There may be some code conflict between our plugin and WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts that is why you are facing this.
But as we have checked from our side this issue is generating because of the cache plugin.

As the cache plugin is making the cache nonce.

    Best Regards,
