After updating to Version 1.6.18 I now cannot access the settings and get this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Hi @pubdirltd,
Try doing a fresh install of the latest version, 1.6.19. You can download from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/kadence-blocks/
Let me know if that still gives you trouble!
