    Hi
    I have installed the plugin but when I go to settings I get the error:
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I have only just installed the plugin and I am logged in as an administrator. I understand this is a permissions issue but I do not know how to resolve this?

    Hi, can you check the plugins folder permissions in your sever via FTP?

    yes I checked this before I messaged you – the permissions are the same as other sites that are running this correctly

    Okay try the following. Deactivate and uninstall the plugin. Then install a fresh new copy. Let me know what happens.

    the permissions are the same as other sites that are running this correctly

    What is the difference between this site with the issue and your other sites?

    Hi, I have submitted a message to one of the developers to investigate further your issue.

    One other action you could take is to reinstall WordPress. In some case this has helped.

    Hi @webdevmelb,

    Did you try a plugin and theme conflict test?
    (maybe another plugin or your theme may be causing a conflict)

    Without looking at your site I cannot for certain say what is wrong.
