    Hi

    I am running client dash on a multisite. I have set the user role to administrator and added ‘site stats” from jetpack to their menu, but when the client clicks on ‘site stats”, they get the following error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” , please assist

    Hi there,

    Sorry for any inconveniences. Might I ask what role the “client” is? Client Dash can aid in moving around, renaming, and deleting menu items, but it cannot add privileges to view pages a user does not already have. So if the “client” role cannot already view this page, adding it to their menu will not allow them to view it.

    You may need to look into coupling this with a plugin like User Role Editor in order to give your “client” user or role the proper capabilities to view the page.
